Then I guess that explains Jane Clark's comments at the ceremony yesterday, when she introduced the former players in attendance as "living legends because they define character, integrity (and) sportsmanship, all within incredible baseball careers." I'm sure she was thinking of getting rid of the character clause when she said that, just in order to boost attendance.

No, you shouldn't go to something if you don't think it will be safe for you to be there.

The easiest first step for charging would be to have a "reserved seating" area while keeping standing room free. Include admission to the museum as part of reserved seating.
