But my real love is Caribbean winter ball. Now that's where the true beautiful game is played.
That seems like a very high percentage. He only has 23 non-HR RBIs, that surprises me for a guy hitting .450 in August.
So he has 86 RBIs out of 52 HRs, but 28 of them were solo shots. So that's 34 RBIs in 24 multi-run HRs.
How many non-HR RBIs do guys on the MLB leader board have right now?
And there are lots of areas of Canada without an MLB team, but I can't foresee Tigers@Jays in Moose Jaw any time soon? How do they do this, vortex? When the Expos played non-home home games in Puerto Rico, they were doing it at National Stadium. Does NPB hit the road and play in whatever is the equivalent of Japanese AAA diamonds? I would expect some howling if the Yankees had to go play a series in Scanton?
Hit it off Kenta Maeda, who's among the best in NPB.
Does this get Balentien another shot at a major league roster next year, or at least an invite to spring training?
102 raises an interesting question. Let's say wladamir plays in the little league world series, and the opposing teams are compelled to pitch to him. How would he do? Home runs in every other at bat?
The entire difference between a first-place and a last-place team is just 300 runs, or 150 each way. I don't see how anyone can sustain an argument that it is reasonably probable that the defense of a center fielder is responsble for 10 or 15% of those runs.
