It's all here for your ready reference. It looks like England and France are the only leagues that HAVE a League Cup, or have one that qualifies the winner for Europe anyway.
1.02 UEFA member associations are represented on the following basis:
a) One representative: winner of the top domestic league championship.
b) Two representatives: winner and runner-up of the top domestic league championship.
c) Three representatives: winner, runner-up and third-placed club in the top domestic league championship.
d) Four representatives: winner, runner-up, third- and fourth-placed clubs in the top domestic league championship
So, is there going to be a minute of silence for Irn Bru Lady this weekend? I kind of have two minds about it--I find Thatcher kind of odious and, especially with the facts about Hillsborough coming out, I can see why football fans want nothing to do with her. On the other hand, she broke through a lot of barriers for women which makes her an important historical figure. Glad it's not my country so I don't have to think too much about these things!
When you've got that much money, you can troll any way you want to.
Yeah, but if I troll on twitter, who cares?
Yeah, but if I troll on twitter, who cares? But if I buy Everton and troll on twitter everyone is all, OMG WTF!!!111!!!!
Barca was incredibly obnoxious last night with their diving & rolling on the ground in agony.
You'd think they'd let me buy it in the modern sense of letting the banks pay for the club and then I let the club pay back the banks?
Oh Spurs. Why must you always toy with me?
the new thing is to start the MegaShooty Sports Fund Ltd based in the Middle East
I can't support a Shooty FC if it's bankrolled by Middle East oil money. Bitcoins though, that I can get behind.
But [Dortmund] beat and drew RM in the group stages so that's a plus.
I saw that the Winklevii has invested heavily in bitcoins. Oil money is the way to go.
I have to admit I can't quite wrap my mind how that would work
I'm not really disagreeing with this. It is obviously beneficial to know that Dortmund has been the better side thus far. That said, Mourinho is pretty brilliant at making tactical adjustments and the fact that he has two games to study and dissect is going to be an advantage for Real.
What's the situation with Sahin? Is he still offically a Real loanee?
Is he allowed to play against Real?
