Also, who is this Skaggs guy, and why does he have a starting job? I assume he is the number 5 starter on the angles?
Skaggs and Milone would make a pretty good 70s era cop show. Skaggs listens to outlaw country, drinks too much, but always gets his man two minutes before the end credits. Milone is the straight laced one, always in a suit and a tie, always follows procedure and bags all of the evidence (and always accuses the person with a mountain of evidence against them, but who will in the end turn out not to have done it). Their distaste for each other gradually turns into a grudging respect.
A top 20 prospect before last season, off to a good start this season.
This coming from a guy who doesn't even know basic HTML formatting.
Having wasted my precious time and money going to last night's Nationals game I'm confident you could have boldfaced Jose Fernandez and white out Roark and you'd be fine. What a Little League sh!t show.
I look forward to tonight's replays in the Sox/Sawx matchup, as I'm sure fans of both teams are completely sick of it.
Isn't Harper hitting .340?
What I'm sick of is Ventura playing DeAza ahead of Jordan Danks.
I'm starting to feel more and more like Los Angeles El Hombre de Anaheim these days.
Just might be true.
He was hitting 95mph last night, isn't that good enough to get outs from MLB hitters?
There's nothing wrong with a 1-hitter there, Barbie...
Kirk Gibson would be the perfect Chief. "Skaggs, you didn't follow protocol! You don't bunt while a pitcher is throwing a no-hitter! Now the media is all over my ass! I'll have your badge!"
I'm wandering from section to section just to stay warm.
This Angel loss isn't going to feel so great, either.
But you seem much calmer about their fate this year.
