As for Mata, I hope people are not too attached like Frank says. He doesn't meet the profile, decent chance he is on the way out given the thousands of attacking midfielders Mou has at his disposal.
Amateurs. The answer to which club Sam should choose is obvious.
After my first game in pre-season when I played 45 minutes against Inter, I felt my thigh was a bit tight, I carried on in the second game against Milan, but the day before Real Madrid I felt more pain. We did a scan and I had a small problem, which can be dangerous in that muscle because I shoot with that left foot, so I stopped and didn't train for a few days.
I think your overly nervous about Mata. There will be more rotation than last year, but Mou's not a dumb manager and Mata is obviously our best player. I don't think there's a chance that he freezes him out.
Does this mean Demba Ba is going back to one of the teams where he would play matches?!
I'm kind of surprised that a top division league would allow such a small stadium, but I see that the Primeira has five teams around 5,000 capacity.
"There is nothing to explain [about Cabaye]. First of all, you don’t know what we have done, you don’t know if we did bid and you have come to a conclusion without knowing everything that has happened.
"It is quite amazing that all of the people don’t know and yet they always have opinions about things they don’t know. I won’t explain to you what happened. It is not down to me to explain to you everything I do. It is impossible.
"If we do a transfer we will announce it. We always inform you. As for the rest, you have to leave us to do our own things."
Roma's people are in London to negotiate the transfer of Lamela, as well.
Man U are going back in for Baines/Fellaini for 35 million which still seems a bit light.
It seems to me that ManU, Liverpool and Arsenal will only pay "rational" amounts for players. Is it the American ownership looking around and seeing that they can't compete and hoping that eventually City, Monaco, PSG and Chelsea will slow their spending?
And in said window there's apparently little or no significant competition from the usual clubs that Spurs historically lose out to when pursuing top talent.
